NoteTrack Terms of Service
Effective as of July 1, 2026
Article 1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Bejinji ("Company") and users in connection with the use of the NoteTrack app ("Service") provided by the Company.
Article 2. Description of the Service
The Service is a personal record-keeping application that allows users to track counts/records and visualize them as charts. No account registration is required, and all data is stored only locally on the user's device.
Article 3. Use of the Service
The Service may be used immediately upon installation, without any account registration process. All records created by the user are stored on the user's device, and the Company does not access or collect such data.
Article 4. User Obligations
Users must not use the Service for purposes other than its intended use, or engage in conduct that interferes with the normal operation of the Service. Users are solely responsible for the storage and backup of data saved on their own device.
Article 5. Advertising Services
The Company may provide advertising through Google AdMob to operate the Service. For details on the processing of personal information related to advertising (such as advertising identifiers), see the Privacy Policy.
Article 6. Modification and Suspension of the Service
The Company may change or discontinue all or part of the Service provided, based on the Service's content or operational or technical necessity. In such cases, the Company will notify users in advance through in-app announcements or similar means.
Article 7. Disclaimer
Data stored locally on a user's device may become unrecoverable due to device loss, factory reset, app deletion, or similar causes, and the Company bears no separate responsibility for such loss. Users are encouraged to back up important records themselves.
Article 8. Amendment of the Terms
The Company may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate applicable law. When amended, the Company will specify the effective date and reason for the amendment and provide notice at least 7 days prior to the effective date.
