NoteTrack Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 1, 2026
Bejinji ("Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in accordance with Article 30 of Korea's Personal Information Protection Act ("PIPA"), to protect users' personal information and to promptly and smoothly handle related grievances.
Article 1. Purposes of Processing Personal Information
The Company does not require account registration. Users' records (counts and charts) are stored only locally on the user's device and are never transmitted to or collected by the Company's servers. However, the Company processes automatically collected information for the following purposes:
- Service usage analytics and stability (Firebase Analytics)
- Delivery of personalized advertising and measurement of ad performance (Google AdMob)
Article 2. Items of Personal Information Processed
The Company does not directly collect personal information such as name or email from users. Memos and count records that users create in the app are stored only on the user's device and are not accessible to or collected by the Company.
Automatically Collected Items (processed by advertising/analytics SDK providers, not by the Company as a data controller)
- Advertising identifiers (Android ADID / iOS IDFA)
- Ad impression/click interaction data
- Device information (OS, model, screen size) and app usage statistics (screen visits, usage frequency)
- IP address and other automatically generated connection information
Article 3. Period of Processing and Retention of Personal Information
The Company does not directly collect or retain users' personal information. Automatically collected information such as advertising identifiers is processed under Google's policies as described below. Users may reset their advertising identifier or opt out of personalized ads at any time via device settings.
Article 4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties.
Article 5. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing
The Company outsources (shares data with) the following external providers for advertising and analytics purposes:
| Recipient | Task | Country |

| Google (AdMob) | Personalized advertising, advertising identifier processing | United States |
| Google (Firebase Analytics) | App usage analytics | United States |
For details on how each provider processes personal information, see Google's Privacy Policy.
Article 6. Destruction Procedures and Methods
Because the Company does not separately collect or retain personal information, there is no personal information to destroy. Records created by users within the app are removed from the device immediately upon user deletion or app uninstallation.
Article 7. Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and Legal Representatives, and How to Exercise Them
Users may contact the Company at any time using the contact information below regarding this Policy, or to object to the processing of advertising identifiers. Because the Company does not directly collect personal information, there is no target data subject to access, correction, or deletion requests; however, advertising-related inquiries will be addressed without delay.

Article 8. Processing of Advertising Identifiers and How to Opt Out
The Company provides personalized (targeted) advertising through Google AdMob, during which the advertising identifier (ADID/IDFA) is transmitted to Google. Users may opt out at any time as follows:
- iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > enable "Allow Apps to Request to Track" off, or Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising > disable Personalized Ads
- Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads > Delete advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads
Opting out does not restrict use of the app; non-personalized ads may be shown instead.
Article 9. Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information
Because the Company does not directly collect or retain personal information, no personal information is stored on Company servers. Users' record data exists only in local storage on the user's device and is inaccessible to the Company. Information processed by advertising/analytics SDKs is managed under the security standards of the respective provider (Google).

Because this service has no account registration and does not collect personally identifiable information such as name or email, users under the age of 14 may use the service without a separate legal-guardian consent procedure. However, processing of the advertising identifier for personalized ads (AdMob) may be restricted for users under 14. Related inquiries may be directed to the contact above.
