MyTimePick Terms of Service

1. About These Terms

These Terms govern your use of the MyTimePick app and related services provided by Bejinji, a company based in the Republic of Korea. By downloading or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Contact: contact@bejinji.com

2. The Service

• MyTimePick is a free festival and concert timetable app.
• You can browse festival and concert timetable schedules.
• You can set local device notifications for artists and events.
• You can save and manage personalised timetables.
• The Service is currently provided without account registration. Future optional account features may be introduced with advance notice.

3. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you at least 7 days before general updates and at least 30 days before changes that are to your disadvantage take effect.

4. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the Service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend or discontinue the Service for maintenance, system updates, technical failures, third-party outages, or force majeure events.

5. Your Use of the Service

• You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You must not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
• You must not reverse engineer or extract source code from the app.
• You must not use the Service in a way that violates applicable law or interferes with security or integrity.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, and software in the Service are owned by Bejinji or licensed to us, except where stated otherwise. Festival and event information may be owned by third parties and is displayed solely to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimers

• The Service provides timetable information as a convenience.
• Festival schedules may change at the discretion of event organisers.
• We are not responsible for last-minute changes, cancellations, or inaccuracies in third-party data.
• Always verify final schedules through official festival or event channels.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bejinji is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, loss arising from reliance on inaccurate timetable data, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Notice.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. EU consumers may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions in their country of residence. For any disputes, please contact us first at contact@bejinji.com.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app. We may restrict access in cases of serious misuse with reasonable notice where practicable. Revision history: v1.0 / 2026-06-09 / Initial publication.
