Bejinji ("we", "us", "our") operates the MyTimePick app and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable privacy laws.

1. Data We Collect
We collect the following data automatically when you use the app:

We do not collect your name, email address, or any directly identifying information. No account registration is required.

Legitimate Interest Assessment: We process crash and usage data to maintain a stable, functional app experience. Advertising data is processed to support the free service through relevant ads and to measure ad performance.

Data transferred to the US is protected under Google's SCCs approved by the European Commission. No other third-party processors receive your personal data.

Children
We do not knowingly target children under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has provided personal data to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
6. Automated Decision-Making
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling (Art. 22 GDPR) in our current service.
7. Cookies and Tracking
The MyTimePick app does not use web cookies. Firebase Crashlytics uses a randomly generated installation ID for crash deduplication. Google AdMob may use the IDFA to serve relevant ads; you can reset or limit ad tracking at any time via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
8. Security

9. Data Protection Officer
We are not obligated to appoint a DPO under Art. 37 GDPR (small-scale processing, no systematic monitoring or sensitive data). Privacy queries are handled by our data controller representative:

10. Right to Lodge a Complaint
If you believe we have not handled your data in accordance with GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU Member State of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement.

11. Changes to This Notice
We may update this Privacy Notice to reflect changes in law or service. Material changes will be communicated through the app at least 30 days before taking effect.
