MyTimePick Privacy Notice

Bejinji operates the MyTimePick app and is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation and applicable privacy laws.

1. Data We Collect

  • Device information: device model, OS version, and app version
  • App usage logs: session start/end and screen navigation events
  • Crash reports: stack traces and device state at the time of crash
  • We do not collect names, email addresses, or directly identifying information. No account registration is required.

2. Purpose and Legal Basis

  • Bug fixing and app stability: device information and crash reports, based on legitimate interest under GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)
  • Service performance monitoring: app usage logs, based on legitimate interest under GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)
  • We do not use this data for profiling or advertising purposes.

3. Retention Period

Device information, crash reports, and usage logs are retained for 90 days from collection according to the Firebase Crashlytics default retention policy.

5. Your Rights Under GDPR

  • You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • To exercise your rights, email contact@bejinji.com. We respond within 30 days of receipt, which may be extended by two months for complex requests with notice.
  • We do not knowingly target children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

6. Automated Decision-Making

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling under GDPR Art. 22 in the current service.

7. Cookies and Tracking

The MyTimePick app does not use web cookies or advertising trackers. Firebase Crashlytics uses a randomly generated installation ID for crash deduplication and is not linked to a personal identity.

  • Encrypted data transmission using TLS/HTTPS
  • Access controls limiting who can view crash report data
  • Use of Firebase built-in security controls

9. Data Protection Officer

We are not obligated to appoint a DPO under GDPR Art. 37. Privacy queries are handled by the data controller representative at contact@bejinji.com.

10. Right to Lodge a Complaint

If you believe we have not handled your data in accordance with GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the EU Member State of your habitual residence, place of work, or alleged infringement.

11. Changes to This Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice to reflect changes in law or service. Material changes will be communicated through the app at least 30 days before taking effect. Revision history: v1.0 / 2026-06-09 / Initial publication.
