hungryPick Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the use of the hungryPick mobile application and related services provided by JUSANG LEE, referred to as the Service Provider, and define the rights and obligations of users and the Service Provider.

2. Service Description

• Managing meal candidates and helping users choose a meal
• Storing user-created app settings and selection history on the device
• Providing additional meal decision support features that may be added or changed in the future

3. Use of the Service

The Service may be provided free of charge. The Service Provider may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service for feature improvements, maintenance, issue response, or changes in external platform policies.

4. User Obligations

• Users must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
• Users must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or infringe the intellectual property rights of the Service Provider.
• Users must not interfere with the operation of the Service or use it in a way that harms others.

5. Intellectual Property

Designs, screens, text, trademarks, logos, and other content created by the Service Provider remain the property of the Service Provider. Users may not use them commercially without prior consent.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• Meal selection results provided by the Service are for reference only. Users are responsible for actual food choices and health, allergy, or nutrition decisions.
• The Service Provider is not responsible for damages caused by user device environments, network failures, platform failures, natural disasters, or other events outside reasonable control.
• For free services, the Service Provider is not liable for damages unless otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Changes to the Terms

The Service Provider may revise these Terms when necessary within the limits of applicable law. Changes will be posted on this page or announced in the app, and continued use after changes means acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Inquiries or disputes related to the Service may be sent to bejinji.studio@gmail.com. If litigation is required, the courts of the Republic of Korea will have jurisdiction.
