hungryPick Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

• hungryPick does not require sign-up, login, names, email addresses, or passwords.
• App settings, menu candidates, and selection history created in the app are generally stored on the user device.
• Usage statistics, device information, and crash logs may be collected through Google Analytics for Firebase or Apple diagnostic tools to improve stability and quality.
• The Service Provider does not intentionally collect sensitive information or government-issued identifiers.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide core app features such as maintaining app settings and selection history
• To analyze crashes, understand app usage, and improve service quality
• To respond to inquiries and comply with applicable legal obligations

3. Retention

• Data stored on the device remains until the user deletes it or removes the app.
• Analytics and crash data may be retained according to the policies of Google LLC or Apple Inc.
• Information submitted through inquiries is deleted without delay after the request is handled, unless retention is required by law.

4. Third-Party Sharing and Processing

• The Service Provider does not sell personal information or share it with third parties except as described in this policy.
• Google LLC and Apple Inc. tools may be used for analytics, diagnostics, and crash reporting.
• Information may be disclosed when required by law, with user consent, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the Service Provider.

5. International Transfers

When analytics or diagnostic tools are used, usage statistics and crash logs may be transferred to servers outside Korea, including the United States, for app quality improvement and stability analysis.

6. User Rights

• Users may delete local app data directly or remove the app from their device.
• Requests to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information may be sent to bejinji.studio@gmail.com.
• The Service Provider will review and respond to requests within a reasonable period under applicable law.

7. Children

hungryPick does not knowingly collect personal information from children without required guardian consent.

8. Security

• Local app data is protected within the operating system app sandbox.
• External analytics providers are used according to their security and access-control policies.
• The Service Provider minimizes personal information collection and processes only what is necessary.
